THE 12 WEEK PROGRAM

Introducing the David Robertson Personal Training 12 Week Weight and Fat Loss Programme. This is a programme designed NOT to make you look like a bodybuilder or a supermodel, but rather like a professional athlete and a generally fit and healthy individual. This programme will hone your weightlifting skills, introduce you to new and exciting training techniques, increase your confidence and promises to produce real results.

The programme consists of the following:

3 to 5 One to One Personal Training sessions per week each lasting between 30 and 60 minutes.

A comprehensive diet plan designed to cut your body fat percentage and increase your muscle mass over 12 weeks.

A full fitness test at the start and end of the programme in order to evaluate your gains.

This programme is not for the faint of heart. FORGET your isolation exercises such as biceps curls and triceps extension. This programme focuses on FULL BODY COMPOUND LIFTS, such as squats, deadlifts, cleans, overhead press and more. Not only are these exercises far more difficult to perform than typical "beach weights" exercises, but they are vastly more effective and will increase your speed, strength, flexibilty and power to levels you previously thought unreachable. In addition to this, high intensity circuit training is a major part of the programme, utilising equipment such as rowers, rope, tyres, medicine balls, kettlebells and much more.
