David Robertson Personal Training offers one to one sessions outdoors, in your own home or in our exclusive private studio. Each session lasts 1 hour and will include elements of metabolic conditioning, gymnastics (bodyweight) exercises and compound weight lifting.
Sessions are designed specifically to match your goals and are developed over the course of your training period. All sessions will be scaled to match your athletic ability. Variety is a key component of our philosophy and no session will ever be the same. We do, however, have certain tests that will be repeated over the course of your training to determine how much you have improved.
We also offer semi-private training. If you would like to train with up to 3 friends, we can arrange a trainer to oversee your session while you all train together. The content of these sessions will be more replicate of a class, but this makes a great option if you wish to save money and split the cost of training.
All personal training programs are supplemented with nutritional guidance and are preceded by a free, no obligation initial consultation. Prices are available upon request.
